Sin City: A Dresden Files Game
h1. Location, Location, Location…
What would a city be without numerous locations for the players go visit? Here will be a list of each of the city’s locations.
|The Strip||House Harper of the White Court rules the Strip with an iron fist.||Threat: House Harper||Aspect: Den of Evil||Adrian Harper|
|New World Tavern.||If you’re looking for a place to wander in off the street and drink to your hearts content, then this is the place for you,as long as you don’t pay attention those large figures in the corner, or if you don’t have enough wits about you to keep track of your wallet, or enough sense not to even try to find the lady… on second thought its not for you.||Keep your wits about you and your wallet closer||Den of thieves, liars and freaks||Alex Ex-house harper virgin, barman|
|The Oasis||One of the last “Old Vegas” casinos that survived the conglomerates moving in. Catering to a more selective clientele than the bigwigs, the Oasis proudly sports analog slot machines, low tech security (more than made up for in the abnormally strong guards) and lax camera coverage. Because hey, even freaks of nature need a place to go broke.||Your Money’s Still Green, You’re Still Welcome.||Open For Business (Humanity Optional)||Sal Esposito, owner and minor practitioner.|
|Seven Hills|| The irony is not lost by most that the most powerful and influential of individuals live in an area tied to the luckiest number. 7 miles away from the strip, Seven Hills is a gated community comprised entirely of grandoise mansions and multi-acre estates, dotted with the odd obsessively maintained golf course. Private jets come and go at the Henderson Executive Airport, only a half mile away.
||The Rich and Powerful intend on staying that way, whether through subtle manipulation or straight out assassination.||Preying on the weak.||Jill Masterson: Wife to casino owner Harold Masterson, Jill Masterson is the power behind not only his fortune, but that of most of Seven HIlls. A powerful wizardess, her skills of manipulation make sure that very few know her true power and intentions.|
|The Temple of Goddess Spirituality Dedicated to Sekhmet||A strange temple apparently dedicated to some flavor of Neo-Paganism, the Goddess Temple is noted among the supernatural community as being a place of safety and refuge against the many dangers of the area. All are offered sanctuary, so long as they leave their wars (and their weapons) at the door. The Temple is Accorded Neutral Ground.||An Oasis In The Wasteland||There’s No War Here, Unless You Brought It With You||High Priestess Valley, Minor Sensitive and practicing Wiccan|
|Abandon||As wild as they say Vegas is, the Strip is a showplace. It’s tightly controlled, and designed around making money hand over fist. Abandon is the opposite. Money is nice, but the true purpose of the club is for those who enter to abandon control, and themselves. The building looks like a simple warehouse, set off the strip. It’s far enough away that tourists don’t wander upon it, but not too far away from the center of things. The only way in is to be invited, and the only way to be invited is to be extremely rich, powerful, interesting, or delicious to the right supernatural being. It’s a place for the White Court to feed, to find malleable minds to control, and to show off to each other.||The White Court see Vegas as an all you can eat buffet||Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.||Lydia Raith|
|Summerlin||From the outside, Summerlin looks like a highly successful planned community. Composed of a number of “villages”, each village tends to be tight-nit and relaxed with others from their community, and the numerous parks throughout the area bring a touch of green to the desert.||A Touch Of Green In The Desert||Enclave of Summer||The Glaistig|
|Wynn Golf course||7,042 yards as the golf ball flies and 137 acres of rolling green hills and flowing waterfalls in the middle of one of the most barren deserts in the world. This golf course is a testament to the power of human greed. Naturally, it’s bounty is hidden behind tall walls and iron gates, safe from the envious gazes of the teeming gamblers hurrying towards their own hopeless damnations outside.||$5 is stealing, $5 Million is a lucrative business opportunity||Money makes right||Mayor Goodman can be found here most days, selling his fellow city members out in the bucolic, peaceful scenery.|
